Taliferro Music Radio (the "Service") is a live internet radio stream operated by Taliferro Music, available at music.taliferro.com and as an iOS app. This policy explains what information the Service does and does not collect.
There is no account, sign-up, or login of any kind. You can listen without providing any personal information.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. Specifically:
The only piece of information the Service remembers is your last-selected mood/channel (e.g. "Downtempo"), so the stream picks up where you left off next time. This preference is stored locally on your own device — in your browser's local storage on the web, or in your device's standard app settings on iOS — and is never transmitted anywhere or accessible to us.
Playing the radio stream requires a network connection to our streaming servers to deliver audio and now-playing metadata (track title and artist). These requests are necessary for the Service to function and are handled the same way any audio stream or web page load works — they are not used to build a profile of you.
Pages within the Service link out to third-party sites — for example, artist pages on Apple Music, Spotify, and Bandcamp, or other Taliferro-operated tools. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
The Service does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a revised "Last updated" date above.
